When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we collect:

Phone number
Event type, date, venue and guest count

We do not collect any data from visitors who browse the site without submitting a form.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to manage your event booking. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to a direct enquiry you have initiated. Where a booking is confirmed, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

5. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Booking records are retained for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).

This website uses the following third-party services which may process data as part of their operation:

Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may log the request. See Google's privacy policy.
Behold.so — we display our Instagram feed using Behold. Behold fetches our public Instagram posts. No visitor data is shared. See Behold's privacy policy.
IONOS — our website is hosted by IONOS. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) may be retained by IONOS for security purposes.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Google Fonts may set a short-lived cookie as part of font delivery. No analytics cookies are currently in use.
